Appointments
We are a private studio, that means we do not take walk-ins and only go by appointment. Bookings can be made online via VAGARO , the button can be found under the contact tab on our web-page here. They can also made by calling or texting 703-966-6999
Refills
You must have at least 40% of your lashes for them to be considered a fill. Anything less will be subject to additional fees or changed to a full set.
We also accept foreign/outside fills, these fills will be charged at the 4 week price. Depending on how many lashes and how they were applied the price will change accordingly. We will notify of any price changes other than what was scheduled before the service begins. Please note .. for foreign fills depending on the condition we may also require a removal we will try to do accommodate the extra time as much as possible with the time allotted.
Patch Test
Allergy to lash extensions are not common but can occur, if you have sensitive eyes or other previous negative experiences to eye treatments please request "after care" and write in the note for patch testing and reason. This service should be booked 3-4 days prior to your lash appointment.
Cancellations+Late+NS
Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will result in no fee, anything after will be subject to 50% of your total visit price. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled depending on the next availability. You will still be responsible to pay for the total amount scheduled. No Show will be charged 100% of the full price.
Refunds
All the services are not refundable.
